a block/module that displayed various modules on index only.

Is there a module or something that will doisplay say, the latest added sits to the directory, the latest reviews, a row of one topics and a row of another topics.. all in the center index, but only center index? I've found some blocks but they get displayed on every page then... I want it only on the index.php
any help would be so appreciate.d
