    Hi everyone
Im back and as usual i just hope someone with a helping hand to give me some favour. Can anyone teach me step by step on adding and activate new modules.

    I had already done this:
First i paste the module at module folder. then, i went to block in administration menus, create new block, then i name the block and activate it. however the blok only view at my main page but cannot operate as i expected. Why is that scenario happened? icon_redface

By the way, i want to convey my deepest appreciation for anyone's help icon_lol

The next question is what theme system are you using? Also, the does the activated theme display the block on all the pages? This could be one of the reasons the block is only displayed on the main page. A few more details and I might be able to help you solve the issue.

    1. I use AutoTheme. the activate theme just display in the main page. the block already come out but the problem is it cannot operate as what i expected.

    2. If we want to add any module is it necessary to ensure that the version is compatible with post nuke version that we had install? how to ensure that the module is compatible?

    1. I'm not sure why the block is not working as expected. You should consult with the AutoTheme Guide to make sure you have the specific block activated on all the pages you want it to show up on. Again, it is difficult to trouble shoot something when I don't know the details.

    2. With respect to the modules, the module developer should give you that information on their site. If you download the module from someplace other than the developers site then you'll have to test yourself.

Did you FIRST initialize and activate the added module in Admin/Modules?
You don't mention this in your first note.
