Hello all
This is James in Spain. I'm building a site that will be used for citizen empowerment. Components of the site will include interactive information, discussion and voting (on individual issues)
The project involves a very densely populated community of 30,000 inhabitants, of which any resident over 16 can be empowered to vote. In order to help control / police the voting procedure I am planning to introduce an on line list of voters by name and address. When a vote is taken, as each person votes, his/her name is ticked off on the voter list.
I'm told that this will require a secure database?
I'm not a programmer but have been told that Postnuke has nice voting software to which my secure database can be added. Is this the case?
I have to confess that although I've been looking around Postnuke, I have not managed to find a description of the package yet. Is there one somewhere?
Saludos
James

it is hidden, and is something I have addressed for the upcoming website.
