EZComments in PN profile  Bottom

  • I asked this question at the official EZComments site, well I replied in the topic that someone made and said I couldn't get it to work. Here is the link to the thread: http://lottasophie.s…phpBB_14&file=index

Someone posted how to make EZComments show up in your PN profile. I followed the code changes exactly, multiple times even and all that happens is the "Last 10 Comments:" in the PN profile just completely disappears. Is there any reason why this is supposed to work yet it isn't working for me? I'm using .750
  • I think I'm the one you refered when you said "Someone posted how to make EZComments show up in your PN profile" and I am sure that the hack I posted works. I don't see any reason why it doesn't for you.
If you want I can post you a modified file to see if that helps. If you are interested PM me the address you want it.

  • My problem still goes unresolved. The modified files did not work, thanks anyways though!

I have tried uploaded the folder NS-User and NS-Your Account folders from a fresh PN install. After doing this and refreshing the profile page nothing seems to be changed.

In the hack you are supposed to put the stated text in the file NS-User/user.php. When I did this my first time the text "Last 10 Comments" on the profile page completely disappeared. After I re-uploaded the folders NS-User and NS-Your Account the old "Last 10 Comments" that by default is supposed to show up (relating to the Core comments module) but it doesn't. So, I'm thinking there is a folder/file that I have modified and I need to re-upload it to get my Profile page back to the way it was by default so the "Last 10 Comments" text will show up again and thus I can try the hack again. Can anyone suggest anything?

I hope this post makes sense...I've already tried posting this the first time and my browser froze so I had to write it again...and I'm tired and frustrated. Thanks for any help.
