Couldn't add a new block, PLEASE HELP.....PLEASE HELP

I installed PN 750 gold smoothly, but unfortunanely I couldn't add a new block on module block, the error message shown up as following
"Unable to select database ccregjaa!"(I only could edit the block). I don't know why this happening.
Please help me, how to handle this
your help is really appreciated

Can you please describe exactly what you did and what you were trying to do? It's not very clear, so it's hard to tell you what's wrong.
Also, have you added any third party blocks? I'm guessing your database isn't named "ccregjaa."

I dropped blocks in server hosting and upload with new blocks that I set in localhost before, manually via phpMyAdmin

I'm having this same problem. I've no third-party blocks; this is the first new block I've tried to add or create.
"Unable to select database ccregjaa!"
Anyone figure this out or able to offer me assistance? Thanks in advance!
