I notice that there are a lot of problems with people asking questions on this forum when they should be posting answers and tutorials. This has caused this forum to be cluttered up with a lot of garbage!!!
I think you should close the ablilty for normal users to be able to post (must allow comments though) here and add a new forum called Tutorials and solutions Application or something like that where users can post their turorials and solutions APPLICATION.
The pnCorps team can then view these "applications" and add them to the true Tutorials and solutions forum if they are worthy.
Or there is the great mod called "Steel Knowledge Base" that has jsut been released - maybe this is worth looking into...

i think you raised a interesting point;
the place for tutorials - Tutorials and Help-Guides are very very important; A place for storing it in a bit more static mode could be the wiki-module;

well Support allways has to do with Question & Answer - But the solutions are on a wide range between concrete and abstract. Some more categorized answer or solution can be considered as a Tutorial...
perhaps we can divide between tutorials and normal Q & A Forums:

This is already done:
Questions: The support forum
Answers: Tutorials and solutions.
I think that the pnCorps should be continually checking the support forums for solutions and then posting the solutions here - put all knowledge into one place!!!
