Instalation error "Unable to make nuke_theme_zones"

Hello,
I am Installing PostNuke 0.750 Gold and receiving "Unable to make nuke_theme_zones" I dropped all the nuke* tables in the database and tried the install twice and I keep getting this error.
I am not sure what to do next or how to fix this issue.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

You may want to try deleting the database in its entirety and then try again. I can't think why the table would still exist when you were able to delete all the others, so get rid of the database too and see if that helps.
