  I am not sure if a module like this already exists, but your recommendation is appreciated.
  
  I want my users to post Product Reviews.
  
  I can create the database if necessary, I would just need a way to tie into the user DB so that only registered folks can submit reviews.

  I would choose the reviews module, which is built in to Postnuke. Unless they took it out in 75
