This may be simple but i was wondering how to do this. pnflashgames is transparent on my site, and i would like to have it have a black background where the rest of my site has a different color. I am using a classic theme so AutoTheme is not an option.

I don't really understand since you DO have a black background.
Well, you can have your main site one theme and this module and that module in another theme.
So I'm guessing you just said forget it and made your whole site black?
Easiest, probably to download some blank black theme, upload it and under admin page(sorry can't recall where) set it up so that flashgames uses that one.
I'm sure you could alter the code in pnflashgames to reference a different color but I was trying to offer a non-coding alternative
