  i can see who's online and see their ip's
  but soes this module logs the users information when i'm offline
  is there a setting that i must change? i couldn't find :(

  no - pnBloodhound is only a realtime indicator, there are no logs. If you would like long-term data, I suggest you try the statistics module.

  Just be aware that the statistics module while a very capable tool can enlarge your database 10 fold- If you have a lot of users and you use statistics to log all of their activity you'll find a set of MASSIVE tables in your database.

  You can't have accurate statistics if you don't record the data. So, if you want accuracy, you need to be prepared to handle the data required to provide it.
  
  All this really means is that you need to remember to clean up your statistics tables from time to time. In v8 of statistics, we added alot of tools to make this easier. And more recently, we are working on providing more options for consolidation. (Although you lose some accuracy, you control which stats get consolidated.)
