When i go to my site www.stockcar-nation.com it pops up too basically a Blank Page. Now this all happened after i created a group and tried to give it permissions, but after it didn't work i deleted both the group and the permission, and i'm still having this problem, any idea how to fix this ?

It is not a Blank Page as I can see. It is a page with the header and footer.
If its not complete, then you should look at the permissions you give to the Unregistered Group. -

Well, I'm certainly not an expert in permissions, but I would try upgrading that to 'Read' and also checking placement. -

Change that to read.
And granting of permissions must be always below denying permissions. -
