Pagesetter start/display date 1969  Bottom

    For weeks I've been trying to find an answer why start/display date is 1969 when trying to add news.

    Read manuals and searched for hours and hours in various forums. Posting to authors site doesn't get me even a reply to it after a week.

    Does anyone here know how to fix it?? Run .726 with pnrender and PS 5.0.1 and updated pnuser and guppy.php.

    I know I had enough of this crap. If no one knows I'l be going back to PN news. Expect a new topic on dual layout. Have the info but need specific file info on it. Pagestter itself will be killed off as I have done with CE and others that cost to much time due to no answers of simple problems. Mind you that I read manuals back and forth and the forums first.

    Anyway, hope someone knows. cry

    Not ONE soul knows this [the 1969 bug]??????????????????????

    That's nuts. Worse when not even the author replies to ones plight. Guess am stuck with PN news. :(

    sorry, don't have Pagesetter yet, although I'll probably check it out soon. 1969 would be the UNIX start date, which PHP uses.
