AddStory Module - how can I add a Topic?

OK - I the add story module - I - in the Topic drop down - its just lists Linux and PostNuke.
Can anyone tell me where I can edit that and add another topic - so I can then design a graphic that reflects that topic?

Go to Admin -> Topics. You edit and create new topics there. Topic thumbnails are stored in /images/topics, which the topic creation page will tell you.
