As an administrator, how can I update the optional details (name, webpage, etc) for my users? Through the user admin module I only get to update the password.

If you have phpMyAdmin, you can edit people directly in the database. If you've never done it, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to do. Browse the _users table and you'll probably see what to do.

Thanks Frank. I was aware of that. I just thought there was a more standard way to that from the PN Admin front end.
