Where can I hack the user details form->user.php?op=editu

I'm trying to make some changes to the script that controls the form for user settings in /user.php?op=edituser or Personal Settings.
I've had a look at user.php in the root directory but that didn't help too much.
Can anybody tell me where to look so I can make some hard-coded changes to the form.
(For what I want to do I can't use dynamic user data settings etc)

modules/NS-YourAccount or modules/NS-User might be a good place

I didn't even look here because my install was all mixed up with an old phpnuke site and I thought that was part of that - doh!
