  Looks very nice, but you can click right past your Agree page.
  Just click the links at the bottom then click news in the menu.

  MMaynard *** Yeah I know, I just dont know if making the transparency area bigger, will look as nice.....o well, my client is happy with it, he just wanted to show he made the effort, in case someone wanted to sue or somthing, but I think I may make it larger none the less :)

  Just a few notes:
  
  1. When clicking from the main page to links or news you get an extended version of the page. It isn't consistent for the user that isn't good.
  2. When choosing the back button you are presented with the faded out page with the agreement again. So you have to click on this everytime you go back to the main page. Not good design.
  
  Overall the site is nice. I like th color choices and the pictures. But it seems you still have a couple kinks to work out.

  1. what do you mean?....do you mean the theme is not consistent?..I was going for a very clean boxy look, to show the user, This is the data area not the greetings page.....I am going to add a key for the topics, like slashdot....and also I will change the banner, not only for the news page, but also it will either be a more general banner, or will change depending on the area.
  
  2.Yeah I need to do 2 things..1 since the way I made the site I cannot make the transparent disclammer cover all of the links without it not looking like I want, I will work on making all links inactive unless agree is clicked. also, I will try and add a session for each user so the disclammer is only displayed once per session( I do not know how I would do this since I dont beleive the host is running Apache tomcat, and for sessions all I currently know how to do is jsp sessions) if you can figure out maybe an easier way to do this I would be very gratefull.
  
  VWorld* after looking at mysite again, did you mean to say that when clicking on news and links, you get caridilaw.com/modules~ is that what you ment by extended verion?
