How do i convert my phpnuke theme into a postnuke one

Hey, I am currently using the new postnuke, I just installed it but I want to use my phpnuke theme. Can someone please tell me how I can convert my phpnuke theme to a postnuke one. Thank and I hope to be using postnuke soon :D -

1. Open a website with a theme operating in it's native phpnuke installation - (go to a phpnuke site with the theme installed or use your own).
2. In your browser : file -> saveas (this will give you a working HTML template of the site.)
3. Use AutoTheme or Xanthia to make the webtemplate into a working Postnuke theme.
Easypeasy - phpnuke theme conversion to postnuke theme in 3 steps!!!
