If you are seeking a help desk ticket type system, I have found this one to be an excellent choice for PostNuke http://www.dimensionquest.net/index.php
If you would like to see a live setup of it, then you can view my own website, just follow the link in my signature. Most things on my site are available to unregistered users, but not this module. Since it has the ability to email the user status updates on the tickets they submit, I have it so that you must be a registered user of my site to acutally use this module.
