session initiliazition failure

I created a database rogue, a user web and gave him the permissions that the install doc in this forum said to.

I modified config.php and config-old.php to point to rogue with user web and pass web.

when I try to go to www.hostname.com/ I get a session initializion failure.

when I try to go to www.hostname.com/install.php I get an option to select language and nothing else will happen.

Please help.

I'm having the same problem on Windows 2000. After installing the 0.721 Phoenix version, on the install.php page I get the language option and nothing else.
