I go to http://www.portalthemes.com/index.php?theme=techhost and I put the theme in my themes directory etc....then I change it to that techhost theme and it gives me this empty looking template.....there are no blocks or anything.....I try to configure it but I dont know what I am doing.....I assume since I dont see many others with these issues...like most people instal auto theme and then the theme and it works.....is there something else I am missing???? for all other non Auto Theme themes I can get them working fine.....thanks for the info -

Make sure theme.cfg is writable by the server, also try to reupload theme.cfg.
sounds like it might be corrupt.

Hrmmmm......I noticed that all of the images on the theme I downloaded were....{Images Path} so I went in and changed all of the paths manually.....so now the pictures show up.....but none of the blocks....

1. Did you install the AutoTheme module?
2. The theme.cfg should have been in the theme archive you downloaded.
3. For an AutoTheme based theme, that image path was the way it should be.

Well shoot then I am totally stumped......I tried different themes with the same or worse success....sometimes the page would be all white and I would need to copy and paste a working theme in there to get it working again....maybe I need to reinstall auto theme or something :?
*edit*
Did I need something else to run AutoTheme other then what was needed to run postnuke....ie mySQL and PHP and an Apache server......is there any other files that were not in the AutoTheme package I needed to install? -

AT Lite hasn't been patched for PHP5 yet, full AutoTheme has been though.
