Hi there,
Can anyone please help me with a PN installation on Lycos/Tripod. I have tried 4 seperate installations and on each occasion PN installs ok but when at the end i click to go to my site Iam not automatically logged in as Admin. This wouldnt be too much of a problem lol but where the real problems arrise is when i do log in a Lycos 404 page first shows then Iam re-directed to the Lycos web builder page. Then if i click the back button from there back to my PN site the admin menu shows and Iam logged in. the problems dont end there though because when i go to the admin menu and try to perform any admin functions ie permissions or block changes i get the message You are not authorised to do this.
Lycos have all the same set up as my web host ie MySQL and phpMyAdmin the newest versions and i had no problems with the PN install their, and iam able to run other PHP scripts on Lycos. I know this is more than likely fixable as ive heard of other PN sites being used on Lycos but Iam not exactly a PHP techie and would appreciate any help with this.
Many Thanks
