I'm running 0.726 with pnRender activated. I downloaded, installed and activated EZComments 0.2 and it appeared to install correctly (as reported by my messages for initialize and activate). I set the correct permissions for the compiled folder.
No icon is showing up in my Admin area. Should there be one?
When I look at existing modules (for editing purposes), no reference to EZComments appear.
Any help is appreciated

Is anyone running EZComments? Even telling me if there is a control panel in the Admin menu would be helpful. I've never run into a module that would not load properly.
Thanks in advance. -

There is a control panel for EZ Comments, When in doubt, re upload your files.
Also don't forget you have to enable EZComments per module you would like to use, in the Modules module click list then edit each module you want to add EZComments too.
Good Luck -

For some reason, the downloaded copy of EZComments was set to 700 (where only the owner could read and write, no access for everyone else). This occured each time I downloaded it and installed it on two different boxes. Changing the rights on the EZComments folder caused the control panel to show up properly after I reinstalled and activated it. I knew to change the complied folder's permissions, so that was also done.
I still have an issue with the comments feature being accessible in a custom private-only version of the v4bJournal that Robert created for me [that will allow a specified group (teachers) to look at private submissions(student assignments)]. I believe that Robert is looking into that issue for me.
Thanks for your help rixride.
