I suggest that a txt file be placed in the highest directory level of the package (e.g. /Postnuke-0.750) called either README or INSTALL - this text file should say something like:

the installation directions can be found in /html/docs/manual.txt
The reason I suggest this is because the average newbie who downloads the PostNuke package unzips the file and ends up staring at two folders and probably doesn't know what to do...
just a suggestion.
