I-mod Downloads(Subcategories not showing in main menu?)

The module has been working fine, and have been able to add subcategories with them showing up in the main menu. But I just tried to add another one, which it did do, but it doesn't show up in the main downloads under the Main Category. Is there a limit on how many sub categories will show up under the main category? If I click on the Main category, then the new sub category is seen there, just not on the main menu. Any ideas anyone?
