  I had gon into settings to change theme to a new one to try out. After clicking to save settings I now get the following error:
  
  Fatal error: call to undefined function: themeheader() in /hsphere/local/home/quantumc/eq-coet.com/header.php on line 188
  
  I tried Backing Up in browser to settings page and switch back to old working theme, but no go. my site is completly down and I realy dont want to start from scratch

  Just use the FTP process to upload a new theme.php file over the old one, whichever particular theme it is that is giving you problem. Just select a known good theme.php file of any theme, and it should allow you access to get back in and select a theme more to your liking. Then, delete the old theme, so that it doesn't screw you up again, and go from there.

  Get the Postnuke Swiss Army Knife(aka:PSAK) and use it as it says. You can find PSAK on this website.

  A word of caution when using psak, after you have used it and got your site back then a wise man would via ftp remove it or rename it so that it reduces the chances of your site getting hacked by outside parties. Otherwise, a really great tool to have in your possession. :D
