XTE5 problems with module Stats and daily_archive

Hello,
While updated my .726 with XTE5 I've encountered a few problems with two modules:
Stats, while entering main module page:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in somepath/modules/Stats/index.php on line 137
daily_archive, problem with block:
Parse error: parse error, expecting `','' or `')'' in somepath/modules/daily_archive/pnuserapi.php on line 276
Anyone encountered an/or fixed some of the mentioned?

the stats problem can be fixed with an updated file from either cvs or from .750. The daily archive problem is a syntax error in the code and nothing to do with the addition of XTE.
