Good Afternoon, I am a long time Postnuke user and first time poster.
I am in charge of the Website, www.hillsdalepolice.com. As you can see the site if very full of content. However, I am looking to freshed up the theme. Since we are a police department, we want to keep the theme very close to what we have. However, I would like to see the graphics, especially the header re-worked.
I would like to know the following.
1. What is the approximate cost of re-working the header images?
2. What is the time needed to complete this task?
3. Do you have any experience, working with police departments or any other emergency services web sites? If so please list below?
3a. Do you have an online portfolio?
4. What are the payment options availilble?
Please Post the answers to these questions, and also post links to your portfolio.

He has a portfolio but you need to be loged in to see it. He also has alot of themes you can look at.
