i get this error when i used the PHP block script,
Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in /home/crayc/public_html/includes/blocks/php.php(51) : eval()'d code on line 1
i checked that line all i see is <PHP?

Re-read Shawn's post. The problem is caused by having the opening and closing PHP tags in the CONTENT you added to the PHP block. If you re-read the error it's not in the block but in eval'd code on line 1 (this is content you added to the block). There is no problem with the block itself!
