go to the Administration Menu --> click Add Story --> click link at top labeled "New story submissions"
I agree, it's not the most obvious link.

I have another question
I saw on many site that when the news is posted there is a date, users can leave comments etc, but on mine I don't see that. -

How a news article displays and what options are available are dependant on the template/theme you have for the site. You can for example only show the article titles if you wanted. You'll need to read up on theme options, download some example themes, etc. to see what's possible.

I did some looking into that, I have found my problem.
You see didn't really used submit_news section until today. I was using admin messages, but I always found it weird that each message was in the same table. Today I tried out the Topics and I tell you I like it very much. I am using PN for quite sometime, but not that area.
