Hi,
I recently installed phpbb2pnmod F release onto postnuke 7.2.1, they seem work well at the moment except this problem in the user group:
One user group has been created and when one other user wants to join the group, one email has been created and sent to the MODERATOR with request information (This is right), but problem comes after the moderator approved the user to be one of the member of the group.----One email has sent to the MODERATOR AGAIN saying that: your request to join the group has been approved. -----I think this email should send to the user who applied to be a member of the group, don't you think?
Please help. Any answers be appreciated.

I just tested this on my install of the phpBB2pnmod (upgraded to phpBB2 2.0.3) and it sent the one email to the moderator and after approval for group membership, it sent two emails one to the moderator and one to the member stating the same thing - "request to join the group has been approved" . Double check and make sure the member had a vaild email address and make sure he/she didn't recieve it also. -

Well it not let me edit my messages here now so I have to add another post.
Above I stated that it sent the second email to both the moderator and the member. I did notice that in both emails(the one to the moderator and the one to the member) that the "To" where both to the moderator email address but if you check in the properties of the email you will see that one went to the members email address and not to the moderators even though it said "To" the moderators address in the message. -

Thanks a lot Batpuppy. But I have rechecked everything about what you have said. I can't find myself out of the misery. The system has not sent two emails to the moderator and the user who applied for it. But only to the moderator.
I was thinking one possible answer to this could be: I am running it on localhost, not on the real server yet. Would this the problem? Also, I did not config any SMTP server. Would this affect it?
But I do appreciate what you wrote here, because when I send mass email to every one in the system. I fould the same problems as what you have described.
By the way, I tried this on a stand-alone new version of phpBB2, it has the same problems with me. My God, why?
Thanks again and take care
