I'm assuming you're running a straight .726 PostNuke with no Xanthia or anything odd. A couple of questions:
When you changed the theme, did you change it in your user account (via user.php) or did you change it in the Admin section's "Settings" area?
Do you remember the name of the "blank" theme?
If the former and if you remember the name of the theme, just change the name of or delete the "blank" theme's subdirectory. That will cause the system to default back to the theme that is configured under the Admin section's "Settings" theme setting.
Needless to say, always leave your Admin's theme setting to a working theme and test themes with your user account. That will allow you to bail out of a bad theme just by changing/deleting the theme's subdirectory.
If you can't do that, go to the downloads section of PostNuke.com here and download the "PostNuke Swiss Army Knife (PSAK). That'll let you easily change the theme name in the database. The PSAK is just one *.PHP file; upload that to your main PostNuke directory and run it (don't forget to delete it after you're done).
