Projects:
Will show a list of the projects that the tPCT has done or that are in progress and then provide a link where the user can get more information about it and access resources such as slides, project brief etc&
Events
Same as projects except that people can read about an event find contact information to participate in the event and get directions to the venue. (Downloadable to Pocket PCs)
News Letter
Our own tPCT news letter that can be emailed out to anyone around the PCTs who would like to know what we have been up to over the last 2 weeks or months.
Form
Fill in the most common forms online eg telephone message and email the correct person to and save paper and the trees J
Site Development log
Some where to keep a log of the sites progress, any features planned problems we faced to help other see the problems we(I) are trying to over come.
Templates
Find templates for most office stationary, memo, fax and letterheads. Also, find what the standard email signature is and other such things. Let us stay united.
E-Learning Resources
A Download area that stores information about tutorials, tests, power point slides etc&
Links Directory
A link you like to share with our community. This will categorise the entire link so people can easily find things they are looking for.
Venues
Will show the venues we send people to provide information how to get there and pictures.
Forums
The centre of the community allow people to express their views how to over come problems in a way we can store.
Distribution Lists
Blanket Email many people who are interested in a certain type of event to quickly fill those spaces.

Basicaly any modules that I can't find will be written up as normal HTML pages and then wrapped into the site. What I am looking for for is to take advantage of peoples knowledge and get a list of what is already out there. I have done some research and pnphpBB and tresmailer, address book v2 seems to be the standard but anyone any other ideas.
Also is there one definitive manual for the creation of themes, blocks and modules. Looked around but you only seem to have bits here and there. Nothing solid.
