OK, have a question. I will download a free theme and then I save the file with images on my system then upload a copy to my website via ftp. Lets say I want to change the Logo that is in the theme. The way I do it is to open (lets say its the left header file in the theme folder)it in photoshop, alter it to my liking and save it as the same name. Then I will upload to the appropriate file system on my ftp website and over ride the old one. Is this the right way? -

SUre that'll work, as long as the image stays the same size.
