Problem With My Links at the Top

I am using the theme Labs and at the top there are 4 bars, 1 says home, link is correct, one says join us, the link is correct, one says files, I want to change the link, one says forum, I also want to change the link. How do you edit the HTML of the entire page?
Now, how do I add pages besides index.php or whatever. Like, not a frontpage. Like, mysite.com/movies. Do I do this in the cpanel, administration, or on my ftp client, please explain in detail, I am quite new to PostNuke.
