    Hello There people!

I have followed the instruction in this Site!
    The 11 paragraph says:

    That Site

Once you have the files in place, look at the permission settings on the config.php and config-old.php files. They need to be 666 or rw-rw-rw-. Normally you would use your FTP client to do look at the permissions and if they are not right then change the permissions on them. If you are installing locally on a Linux server then of course just use the command line to issue the regular Unix command of chmod followed by a space and then the 666.

now`... i'm using PostNuke-0.750-RC3, and i can't find in the files config.php and config-old.php, those lines to chanage, help me

The files should be in the main directory where you unzipped/uploaded Post Nuke to.

    Hope this helps.

I have just tried to install it, without changing the files, and it says these files were setted well, so the problem is solved :)) 10anx anyway.

But a new problem has occured. I tried to install the data base, in the 50% page, i pressed the 'New Installtion'
button, and after press the 'Start' button + checked the 'Creat Database' checkbox...in the forward page i got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in e:\apache group\Apache\htdocs\install\newinstall.php on line 37

maybe it means my MySQL Server wasn't installed properly..?
...I tried to install MySQL server, on my winxp and i think it works, but not sure.
How do I check what the problem can be?

That error is covered in the FAQ, it is a PHP/MySQL issue.
