  I just want to start a Compatibility List of Modules & Blocks for .75 PN. IF the latest version works fine with both .726 and .75 please put a label like LEGACY at the right of the name. If there is a version for .75 Gold put a label like SUPPORTED, if there is no version and the module is not working put UNSUPPORTED or [DEVELOPMENT] IF you know the developer is working a release compatible with PostNuke .75 Gold.
  
  IF someone from the pnDev want to modify this feel free to do so. I just want to obtain information so users know what works and what not...

  Altough, I believe a Database - Driven script could be a lot better. This is faster.

  pmBOX is not working correctly under PN .750. There are several errors:
  - outbox
  - savedbox
  - popup for new private messages
  
  this three give you errors

  I've got a Pagesetter pub type ready for the docs site for this purpose, but I haven't had a chance to work on the input form. Don't recall if I have the output template ready yet or not.

  I've fixed shortnews to work with .750 and .726/pnRender. The module crashed when tring to add new source sites when pnRender was added. This now works. Can be downloaded at http://dev.bkbsolutions.com.

  I have patched the following modules to work under PostNuke .750
  - ProdReviews (reviews with categories)
  - xtended Topics (Topics with hierarchy tree)
  - EnvoAvatar (users can upload an avatar pict)
  My versions are avalaible on my website for download http://www.vedrine.n…download-sid-2.html
  Next tasks : release a pnAPI compliant version of the books module, make ProdReviews more PN-API compliant, release a new version of Extended Topics wich permit breadcrumbs under Pagesetter and News (for News module, only if you use a Xanthia theme, you can see a demo of the Pagesetter plugin on my site if you go in the articles section), release the Trackercam module I use for my webcam (Don't know if this one will be usefull to anyone in the world but me ) and of course the pnRender Templated version of my own module weather :D
  If some of you are having problem with an abandonned module under PN .750 I will gladly have a look at it (no promise to fix it of course)
  The current version of weather (1.32) work fine under PN .750 but there is a clash under PN .8 CVS if you are using also the RSS module because both are using the Snoopy library and both are triing to include it.

  Members Online- that shows group colors.
  PMBox- New message system for postnuke
  Buddies- Buddy system for postnuke.
  They work on 726 but can't get them to work on 750.
  I can make them availble so you can download them if you need to.

  Hoping the author gets this message. I've been trying to contact him. Hope he sees this.
  
  Anyway, with the implementation of PHP 4.2 and beyond, Register Gobals is off (security enhancement). The EnvoAvatar module assumes Register Globals on. I have tried suggestions posted all over the bulletin boards on PostNuke in regards to Registering Globals to no avail in trying to get this module to behave.
  
  I have tried to implement this on PostNuke version .726 and .750gold running on linux (fedora core 2) and windows xp pro servers.
  
  I must admit, I am surprised to see so many servers out there sub PHP 4.2. Because if they did, there would be more (a lot more) discussions regarding Register Gobals off. Further more, I am seeing an increase of created modules assuming Register Globals on.
  
  If I may make a suggestion . . . I believe an index specifically dedicated to the Register Globals/PHP 4.2(to present and next generation) issues should be made available in the PostNuke forums(just my $.02).
  
  Sooner or latter, I/we/you are all gonna have to deal with this. Think it deserves considerable attention.

  Just as an update on PNphpBB2. Version 1.2g and up is what you need for PN .750. Earlier versions will not work. Version 1.2g is still at RC1 release, RC2 should be released soon. 1.2g works with both PN .750 and .726.

  Update :
  i-Mod Buddy (portal)Messenger) v 2.1 is compatible with .750 no change needed
  i-Mod BuddyList v 3.0 some uppercase/lowercase issues (needs to change buddylist to BuddyList in pnModAPILoad calls) -> done
  i-Mod pmBOX v2.7 is the one that needed a lot of change to fix global problems and security holes was some work to do-> done (I think ?)
  i-Mod Members_Online v0.3 some uppercase/lowercase issues (needs to change membersonline to MembersOline in pnModAPILoad calls) -> done
  Of course I can't distribute patched versions because of PortalZine copyright restrictions, but I think I can prodiuce a diff file to permit you to patch your mods if anybody is interested.

  I also have a new version of EnvoAvatar nearly ready that run OK with Register Gobals off (and also some security patches). Only a small problem to fix. I will post it on http://www.vedrine.net when it is ready. Will be version 1.1 when available.
