  Hi, I am a translator for postnuke in Chinese Traditional (Taiwan).
  at PN version .726, I did work with charset UTF-8 encoding for postnuke.
  
  I am glad to have a glance at postnuke keep going.
  and I try to test .750 in locale charset big5.
  It seem to be ok on submit news, display news and search news for Chinese charactor with slash code.
  
  but It's strange to keep function of customizin' main menu and block title no matter what user might change their own language then main menu and block title will be displayed terrible becuse of charset changed of postnuke.
  
  is it possible to set main menu item and block title thru different language file instead of input them into database?
  
  there is a slash issue while I input Chinese into main menu item. and that is not news in postnuke.
  
  
  
  in a word, I still fail to work at new ver of postnuke in locale charset BIG5.
  cpg-nuke do above all well.
  I really consider cpg-nuke is a thing to help for our local search engine cache (not google UTF-8).
