Anyone heard of Invision powerboard??

Invision is simply a message board with a few extras added on, like the calendar. It's a very good message board system, don't get me wrong, but Postnuke does so much more. If you're looking for a calendar for PN, try PostCalendar. -

Invisionboard is what the name implies a message board. It's not a CMS.
Of course like any message boards you can modify and try to extend them to be more then what they were intended for.
It's not a bad free bb system but i hear they are going commercial for v2.

As PC has its own Smarty template system, you can modify all aspects of its appearance, with a bit of work in the templates. You cant change functionality though.
