How about just: http://www.postnuke.com/index.php?module=Navigation

Well. I didn't specialy seek for such URL. The probmem is with ugly configurated web servers, which doesn't cut "/" symbol after filename. Also if webmaster do such mistake (for excample pointing link to home as site.com/index.php/) , search engines will index tonns of buggy pages.
