Give each member of certain group control of their own page

hey everyone! I just wanted to know if anyone knows of a module or block that allows the admin to create a group and members of that group have their own personal pages?
Specifically I want to apply this to a bar and nightclub website I have written in PN and want to give the managers of the bars their own login that will enable them to fill in their bars personal page - like with specials, some pics, and a description of the place...?
Let me know if anyone has any direction or suggestions!
