  I am looking to pay someone to help me convert a template from template monster.com to an Auto Theme and to change a few flash buttons and HTML around for me.

  Since no one has responded, I'll have a go. All the folks that I know and trust who convert TM themes charge at least $250. This is for two reasons, first they can't be resold so its a one time job and second, they are often a pain in the rear to convert - especially if you want it to be exactly the same.

  Autodude's estimation is indeed a valid reflection of conversion prices. You may encounter some cheaper than this, but beware as it could end up costing a lot more than the initial estimate. There are only a handful of people around that can do this properly so be carefull with your money.

  Thanks guys 250.00 is just out of my price range. I had my first one converted for $100 a little while ago, but that person doesn't have time right now.
  
  I am looking to pay $100-$150. I am on a tight budget. I would even buy the theme I wanted through your affliate link to get you some payback money.
