I didnt know where to really place this question as I didnt see a general chat forum anywhere.
But here goes.
I see some people have these photos that are in gif format that are very small in size but yet the detail and quality of the photo is un effected.
I have tried to shrink jpg photos down that small but they always end up blurry or distorted.
Could anyone help me with this? I have a couple of photos i would like to turn into avatars under 80 x 80 in size but dont know how its done.
