Removing Images/Code from Theme  Bottom

    Which file contains the line of code that determines what Blocks look like? I want to remove the line of code that makes the blocks expand and contract because I don't like the way the button looks and think it's an unnecessary feature.

    I can't seem to figure out which file it is, because I'm not familiar with the PostNuke code and don't want to goof up my theme by removing the wrong line or picking the wrong file.

    Please advise, or if the question has been answered previously, point me in the right direction because I couldn't find it - I think it's too basic! icon_rolleyes
