How do I install a new theme into my site?
It is using XTE, and I can't seem to find anything that explains where to upload the themes to.

The same as any other theme..... A theme is placed in the themes directory. An additional step is required for xanthia themes. You must go to the Xanthia admin panel and install the theme.

It doesn't seem to recognize the themes that are for Xanthia. I don't see the themes in the Xanthia admin area.
