Hello All ...
I'm currently working on my very first fixed Size theme (actually it's only my second custom theme ever :D) ...
To fill up the space left and right of the actual theme (which is 770px wide), I want to use a background image.
However, I don't seem to be able to get it in just the right spot (aka outside of the actual theme content). WHen I put it in the Body tag in the header function of Theme.PHP, I also get it as a background of all blocks.
What am I missing here ???
Any suggestions, recommendations will be greatly appreciated....
Thanx in advance for your help...
Hansz

Hi there,
This is done in CSS:
No repeat for the bg:
Rpeat vertically
Rpeat horiz
There are few other things that can be done in regards to positioning bg images and for more in depth do a google search on CSS background repeat,
Kindest regards

Thank you all guys ... You've been most helpfull ... Problem (if you can call it a problem) is now solved. If you are curious/interested in what this was all about, here's a link to the website under development. It's a clan-website (you either love being in a clan or you hate it, so let's not have a discussion on being in a clan), for the 'old-geezer' clan i'm in, and the design is not my own. It's 'imposed' by our graphics designer, and i'm responsible for making it work technically. So .. have a look at http://www.snrclan.com if you are interested in what it became :D
Anyways... Thanx for your help guys. -
