    For the past few months, I have been working on a very complex project. My team and I are developing a website similar to that of TemplateMonster.com or Liquid2d.com but for CMS and gaming. It will sell pre-designed PHP-Nuke, Postnuke, Xaraya, phpbb, oscommerce skins and several other CMS layouts, as well as, gaming themes and signatures. I am looking for a team of designers (around 10 or so) of the highest quality to help me in this project. The authors will be able to sell their themes through our main site and over our affiliate network like TemplateMonster. Each author will gain a large commission for each sale though the amount is not determined yet, we will choose it when the team is fully established and votes on something fair.     AutoThemes.com is also accepting designers. As you can see on our site, our designers have produced over 100 custom autothemes. We pay 50 percent commissions (after site and sales expenses - works out to about 40 percent).

    these themes sill not be AutoTheme... instead we want core designs, its looks more experienced, they will all have forums and a theme panel. Our authors will gain access to a private design library of resources as well as a design forum and will ear 60-90% of the profit.
