im trying to setup zClassifieds and i get to the step where i have to Give the database informations : host, name, user, password,database name postnuke prefix,
what are they refering to, im so confused
i tried putting in the website name for host and the admin username and password but it says unable to connect to database. is this something that i need to setup away from postnuke, like in cpanel, maybe ill snoop around there and see

you should contact your host for this info.. or use phpMyAdmin..
your host is the the database host (usually: localhost)
..you need a username and password to access the database.. and since you can have multiple databases on one DB server.. you need the database name. the prefix they're asking for is your table prefix.. like p_nuke_table or nuke_table etc..etc.. tables exist inside the database.

Here is what I asked them and what they told me
im installing a module for hydeparktoday.com and it is asking me a few questions and i was told that the answers are in cpanel under where i installed post nuke. well fantastico isnt working and i was wondering if you can give me the answers to the questions they are asking
1-database Host
2-database User
3-database Password
4-database Name
5-prefix of your CMS, for example, "nuke"
i know i have 2 SQL databases, one for post nuke and one for open realty, im looking for the info on the postnuke

We are sorry for late reply, for installing the Post-nuke you have to create on database and assign a user and password for it. ( You can create it through "Mysql" option in Cpanel ),
Details are below,
1. hostname --> Localhost
2. Database user --> You assigned user for newly created database
3. Database Password --> Password you assigned for that user
4. Database name --> newly created database
