I hope this is the right forum for this. :)

I would like to find a module that does the following..

1. allows a user to upload a avatar to a folder like postnuke/avatars
from thier "Your Account" and display it there as well
2. displays that at avatar in a Block and display the following info under it
.... -a- User Name - Location
.... -b- User Group if any
.... -c- Last Login or # of days since last login
.... -d- Logout Out Link
.... -e- Number or New Items Submitted / Posts From PNphpbb2

I have PNphpbb2 installed and it would be great to use the same avatar in both areas.

It would be cool to have another block with a randon user, which displays the Avatar and User Name - Location of a random user.

I'm rewriting my avatar module to use pnRender and will have it ready for the release of . 8 . It doesn't do the block that you are wanting but it would be easy enough to write a block to do it. It displays their avatar in their account page and works with PNphpBB2.
