Hi,
first of: I am a really lazy and stupid f**k...
so please, have some consideration for my ignorance and instead of writing a page about how some of my questions are stupid please just give me a y or n answer for the more obvious ones :D
Ok here goes my list of questions:
1. Does the PHPN base package include a forum?
2. If 1=y, can I create multiple user groups with differing accesrights to certain sections of my site?
3. are there any good modules out there that can be used for handling file uploads//does PHP nuke offer such a functionality (kinda like every user gets X Mbs of space and can upload stuff there)?...
Once again sorry for my klaziness... but I am kinda stressed out right now and finals are coming up and I need to get a site rolling... quick... thanks for your time,

The PN base package does not include a forum, but there is a good one available.
