Yes it's possible, yes there are several themes that do this, and if your using XTE or AutoTheme, then there's even a command used to add that to yoru theme. -

You really should use AT. It will let you do whatever you please in HTML. -

I tried it out, but it seems that it doesn't let my users to change the theme.
Anyway, I did what I need, I got help from waisen.com . -

AutoTheme has nothing to do with your users changing themes, your Settings module controls wether they can do that or not. -

No its not a bug, you need to reinstall the mod and carefully follow the directions. The AutoTheme mod WILL NOT prevent regular PN themes from working. -
